Mr. Joe O. Edeimu – Director

Profile

He has over 20 years of experience in the Energy industry. He has worked with a number of Energy firms across the country including KNS Laboratories Limited, Kragha & Associates, where he had very rich and successful technical, managerial and consulting experiences as a director and Conoco Energy /ConocoPhillips Nigeria, where he has worked in various capacities. He is a result-driven and keen strategist and planner. He has extensive Administrative experience, skilled in Shore Base management, Crude Oil Lifting Operations /documentation support, Emergency Operations, Business Analysis, Production and Drilling Logistics Support, very good understanding of Community Relation, Industrial/ Employee Relation and well grounded in Human Resources Management.

He worked at ConocoPhillips Nigeria for 17 years, where he received recognition by management for consecutive years for his exceptional performance. During his time at ConocoPhillips, he held the positions of Shore Base Manager in Production Logistics & Crude Oil Lifting Support, Logistics Base Coordinator in Drilling and Production Logistics and Human Resources/Administration Manager.

Joe had many significant achievements during his time at ConocoPhillips Nigeria, his contributions to the robust logistics support structure resulted in wells being drilled under AFE and resulted in substantial savings of approximately US$5 million. He also helped to coordinate and provided documentations for the lifting of over 45 Million barrels of crude oil from the Ukpokiti field in OML 108 in Nigeria for over 4 years without any incident and demurrage. As Manager Human Resources and Admin., he managed and oversaw ConocoPhillips's Human Resources & Administration functions and served as strategic partner for OPTS HR group in the area of Human Capital Development, Industrial /Employee Relation, Nigerian Content and others.

Joe has handled several projects in the industry both as an individual and in synergy with several other groups. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Logistics/Transport UK, Society of Human Resource Management, Nigeria Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He has undergone a good number of middle and senior level Management courses in Management. He is a two-time graduate of University of Benin. He holds a B.Sc. in Regional Planning & Geography and MBA from University of Benin, and a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Ibadan.



Mrs. Faith Elisha – Director/COO

Profile

Mrs Faith Elisha is a graduate studied philosophy from the University of Lagos. She is an HR Professional with wealth of experience in the private sectors. She has worked in the Hospitality, Real Estate and the Consulting industries both locally and internationally. Before elevating to the role of Director/COO, Faith had been the General Manager Strategy and Business development of the company. She leads the execution of the strategic goal of the company.

Mr. Adewale Adesanya – Executive Director

Adewale is a thoroughbred Finance and HR professional with experience in academic, banking, manufacturing, telecommunication and management consulting spanning areas such as Audit, financial analytic, data modeling, budgeting and expense control, financial diagnostic review, process improvement, enterprise application development , software selection and implementation and human resources where actively he trains, lectures, coach and mentors upcoming HR professionals and practitioners .

Adewale has experience in carrying out tasks with little or no supervision. He enjoys teamwork in a fast moving and multicultural business environment that provides challenges, learning opportunities and the chance to apply his knowledge and skills. He works best as part of a team and possesses leadership skills, integrity, drive and the desire to make things happen. I am very keen to understand others and am an effective team player, with a commitment to team objectives rather than self-interests.
