Simon is a leading HR professional with over 15 years professional experience in proffering exceptional talent management, and training and development services which have ensured continued business growth and corporate citizenship.
He is effective at initiating and implementing healthy HR policies, training plans, benefit and compensation plans, and performance strategies.
Simon has had experience in various sectors ranging from Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Logistics and Transportation and the Consulting Sector and has led many team in accomplishing several projects.
Has membership with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) USA , Certified Human Resources Management Professional and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
