Simon is a leading HR professional with over 15 years professional experience in proffering exceptional talent management, and training and development services which have ensured continued business growth and corporate citizenship.
He is effective at initiating and implementing healthy HR policies, training plans, benefit and compensation plans, and performance strategies.
Simon has had experience in various sectors ranging from Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Logistics and Transportation and the Consulting Sector and has led many team in accomplishing several projects.
Has membership with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) USA , Certified Human Resources Management Professional and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria

Oluwole Joseph
Senior Consultant
Oluwole is an experienced Talent and Development Practitioner with more than 10 years of exposure and experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Culture & Engagement,
Performance Management, Learning, Training & Development, Workplace Psychology, Coaching & Mentoring,Succession Planning, Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Oluwole is a an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), a certified Professional in Human Resources-International (PHRi) and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources- International (SPHRi).
He is an Accredited Management Consultant and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board (FIMCB). He is also an Accredited Management Trainer of the Center for Management Development Nigeria (CMD), a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).
Adewale Adesanya

He enjoys teamwork in a fast moving and multicultural business environment that provides challenges, learning opportunities and the chance to apply his knowledge and skills.
