Oluwole is a an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), a certified Professional in Human Resources-International (PHRi) and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources- International (SPHRi). He is an Accredited Management Consultant and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board (FIMCB). He is also an Accredited Management Trainer of the Center for Management Development Nigeria (CMD), a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).
